About the Role

The Regional Brand Manager will be responsible for leading brand strategy and execution across Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Brunei. Acting as the primary brand contact at headquarters for the SEA export markets, this role ensures alignment between regional initiatives and global strategies.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Lead and oversee all brand strategy and marketing execution across assigned Southeast Asian markets.

·        Act as the main liaison between HQ and local market teams to ensure consistent brand direction and alignment with global guidelines.

·        Develop and manage regional brand campaigns, product messaging, and launch activities tailored to local market dynamics.

·        Monitor brand performance and analyze consumer insights to drive data-based decision-making and strategy refinement.

·        Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Export teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.

·        Coach and mentor local Brand Managers to enhance their strategic and operational capabilities.

·        Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the regional brand budget effectively to maximize ROI.

·        Prepare and present regular performance updates and strategic reports to senior leadership.

·        Represent the SEA brand agenda in internal strategic discussions and external trade or partnership meetings.

 

Required Qualifications

           Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

           Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage industry.

           Proven success in managing multi-country marketing initiatives or leading regional brand teams.

           Strong understanding of Southeast Asian consumer behavior and cultural nuances.

           Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

           Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.

           Analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign execution and performance tracking.

           Willingness to travel regionally as required.
