Starting from a small town

Starting in Pati, Central Java in 1972, Ho Sie Ak and Lauw Bie Giok used "Sari Gurih" as a brand to market nuts purchased directly from farmers. Thanks to the quality and delicious taste, their products are popular with the public and are growing rapidly. In 1982, this brand was changed to "Dua Kelinci", and in 1985, the company was officially registered as PT Dua Kelinci by the founder's two sons, namely Ali Arifin and Hadi Sutiono. This step is an important milestone in Dua Kelinci's journey towards a leading position in the snack food industry in Indonesia.

A Tale of Two Brothers

Dua Kelinci started with two brothers, namely Ali Arifin and Hadi Sutiono, who succeeded in turning a simple company into a modern peanut factory in Indonesia. Now, PT Dua Kelinci is known as an innovative producer with various snack products, from peanuts to wafers, becoming a friend to share stories with the Indonesian people. Through an international distribution network, Dua Kelinci has become one of the leading snack brands in Indonesia and the world.

Our Journey

  • 1972

    The best domestic peanut snack was launched by the name of "Sari Gurih" brand by Ho Sie Ak and Lauw Bie Giok, to fulfil consumer needs of savoury and tasty peanut snacks.

  • 1982

    The picture of "Dua Kelinci" in red and white on the packaging was more remembered by the consumers so that the "Sari Gurih" brand changed its name to be Dua Kelinci.

  • 2000

    Dua Kelinci introduced advanced machinery and automation, raising production efficiency, quality consistency, and innovation capabilities.

  • 2005

    Launch of iconic products including Sukro (coated peanuts) and Tic Tac (tapioca crack snacks), now household names across Indonesia.

  • 2007

    implementation of international quality management standards, ensuring excellence in safety, consistency, and product quality

  • 2010

    A landmark partnership with Real Madrid FC, positioning Dua Kelinci on the global stage through sports marketing.

  • 2013

    Launch of Deka Crepes, expanding into the wafer segment with innovative, crispy layered snacks.

  • 2014

    Dua Kelinci launched the newest product category, corn-based chips with Krip Krip Tortilla as a brand.

  • 2017

    Introduction of Sukro Oven, offering baked snack alternatives to meet evolving health-conscious trends.

  • 2019

    Expanded into broader snack categories with Fuzo Sunflower Seeds, Usagi Puff, and Deka Mini Wafer Bites, marking a new era of diversification.

    We reunited with our football friends, because some snack and sports partnerships are just too legendary to end

    Launched TosTos (tortilla chips) and partnered with NCT Dream, marking Dua Kelinci’s first venture into K-pop entertainment marketing
