About This Role

The Brand Officer will be responsible for executing brand strategies, managing campaigns, and strengthening our brand presence in local and regional markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand or product management particularly in the FMCG sector and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, market share, and consumer engagement.
  • Manage and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and traditional media channels.
  • Conduct market analysis, track competitor activity, and monitor consumer behavior to inform brand decisions.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, trade marketing, and R&D teams to align branding with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in new product development and packaging innovation aligned with brand objectives.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in brand management, product management, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing at least 3 integrated marketing campaigns (including digital and offline channels) within the last 2 years.
  • Experience in analyzing market and consumer data, including the use of tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, or internal sales dashboards, with at least 1 year of hands-on involvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous projects or campaigns, with clear results (e.g., increased brand awareness, sales uplift, or engagement metrics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and familiarity with marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
